With GAIN 2020 being virtual this year, the Government Marketing University team has done a tremendous job of reimagining this fifth annual event to promote learning, networking and collaboration in our new working environment.

This year’s conference will actually be much broader than previous years with 19 sessions, which will be broken up into four two-hour segments on November 10, 12, 17 and 19. Each day, speakers will host sessions, provide commentary and present workshops dedicated to a specific GMarkU tenet, to inspire government marketers to Grow, Accelerate, Innovate and Network (GAIN).

Following are highlights from this podcast interview:

  • How the GAIN conference has evolved over the past five years. (:50)

  • Insights into the new virtual format for GAIN 2020. (1:42)

  • Information about key presentations and takeaways for participants. (3:41)

  • How GMarkU has facilitated a strong community of government marketers in today’s virtual world, and what to expect in 2021. (6:50)
